  • Phishing, Spamming, and Illegal Activities: Engaging in spamming, phishing, or any illegal activity through the Service is strictly prohibited. Any account found involved in such activities will be terminated without a refund.
  • Intellectual Property Violations: You must not upload, distribute, or share materials that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrighted content, trademarks, or patents.
  • Multiple Free Accounts: Maintaining more than one free account is prohibited. Attempting to create multiple free accounts will lead to suspension of all associated accounts.
  • Inappropriate Content: You are not allowed to post or transmit any unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or objectionable content. We reserve the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or offensive.
  • Automated Data Collection: Except where expressly authorized by Delivery Cast, you are prohibited from using automated tools to collect data, such as web scraping or data mining.

7. License to Use Website

  • Affiliate revenue can only be generated from unique IP addresses and accounts. Multiple accounts sharing affiliate revenue from the same IP address are prohibited.

9. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds for Subscription Plans: All subscription fees are billed upfront and are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for Lifetime Deals: Refunds for lifetime deals are conditional and subject to evaluation. Requests for refunds must be submitted through the official Support Portal.
  • Amazon SES Denial: If Amazon SES denies your application, Delivery Cast is not obligated to issue a refund. We support multiple SMTP providers, and SES is only one option.

10. Cancellation Terms

  • Subscription Terms: Payments for subscription plans are made in advance and are non-refundable.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via Support Portal.
  • If you do not wish for your subscription to auto-renew, you must notify us before the next billing cycle.

11. Trial Period

  • Delivery Cast offers a 14-day free trial. During the trial period, you will not be charged.
  • Once the trial ends, your subscription will automatically start, and billing will occur as per the subscription plan you selected. All cancellation and refund rules apply after the trial period.

12. User Content

  • User Content refers to any material (including text, images, videos, or other media) that you submit to Delivery Cast.
  • By submitting your content, you grant Delivery Cast a royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
  • Delivery Cast reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at its discretion.

13. No Warranties

  • Delivery Cast provides the website and services “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of the website or its content.
  • Your use of the Service is at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any consequences arising from that use.

14. Limitations of Liability

Delivery Cast will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
